(More customer reviews)I know what you think. You think the Buttoneer is a piece of junk. That's what I thought too until I bought one. This device really does work. It isn't made of high-quailty materials, but it does get the job done. Using the Buttoneer is so much easier than threading a needle and sewing on a new button. Thread eventually unravels, but the plastic fasteners remain secure if you attach them correctly. I doubt you will ever lose the same button again if you attach it with this device. The Buttoneer is similar to a stapler. The difference is that the Buttoneer uses plastic fasteners instead of metal staples to hold a button in place. I do recommend that you purchase this refill pack with the Buttoneer. You do get quite a few of the plastic fasteners with the Buttoneer, but it's easy to make mistakes when you are trying to attach a button. You will end up having to throw away many of the plastic fasteners.
